Internship

According to the decisions taken by Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Tourism Faculty Internship Commission on 12/06/2017;

The Workplace Acceptance and Internship Agreement Form to be made among the Business, Faculty and Student, "According to the Vocational Education Law No. 3308 - The Procedures and Principles Regarding the Payment of a Part of the Wages of the Students who receive Vocational Education in Businesses from the Unemployment Insurance Fund" is attached.

The contribution fee will be paid to the enterprise On condition that the document (payroll or receipt) indicating that the business that has signed the Workplace Acceptance and Internship Agreement paid the internship fee to the intern student and the State Contribution Request Form for the Internship Students, regarding the calculation of the state contribution amount to be sent by the Businesses on behalf of the students, must be submitted to our faculty within two working days after paid to the student (until the 12th day of the month),

 (The Contribution Request Form should be filled monthly in MS excel format and then sent to tourismstajcomu.edu.tr in order for the transactions to be carried out effectively and the documents sent to be followed up. The original of the wet-ink signed contribution request form and the payment documents (payroll or receipt) should be delivered to the address of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Tourism Faculty Student Affairs Office Terzioğlu Campus).
